As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities are as follows
- Create a comprehensive digital marketing plan for the company, deploy it via various marketing channels and monitor
- Work with the various marketing tool sets of the company including and not limited to Google/Facebook,LinedIn ads, Hubspot. Hotjar, Google Analytics, MailChimp etc
- Create marketing content focused on generating more leads for the company and in various forms such as White Papers, e-books, articles, webinars, social media posts etc.
- Create ad campaigns as well as email campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
- Create graphics and videos to be used in the ad campaigns
- Analyze the customer funnel and make improvements for each of the areas
- Work on innovative marketing ideas including referral programs to fuel growth
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Certificate, diploma, degree or education in marketing, business, Science, communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- Education and experience specifically in digital marketing and social media
- Ability to analyze marketing data from various platforms and report key insights
- Ability to work with SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing etc
- Ability to create graphics and videos using software like Adobe Creative cloud or similar
- Ability to communicate very well, verbally and written
- Ability to multitask on different projects and deliver them in a timely manner while maintaining high quality
- Self-motivated and a drive to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Basic HTML, CSS and java scripting experience
